Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Training Manager to join our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving divisional efficiency and effectiveness through learning and development and Macquarie-wide risk training.

About the Role

As a Risk Training Manager, you will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis for delivered training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement risk training programs to meet the needs of Macquarie's business units.
  • Develop and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group.
  • Manage and execute training plans, including the development of training materials and online courses.
  • Analyze data and analytics to inform training program improvements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in risk & compliance training design, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven capability in project management, including stakeholder management and training program delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
