Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney. This role will play a key part in driving divisional efficiency and effectiveness through learning and development, as well as Macquarie-wide risk training.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis for delivered training modules.
  • You will cultivate and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in risk and compliance training design, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, along with assisting in the development of training materials, including online courses.
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes.
  • Project Management skills are desirable, demonstrated through formal certification or proven experience in managing projects effectively.
