Global Risk Training Role

At Macquarie, we are seeking a skilled Risk Training Manager to join our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney. This role plays a key role in driving divisional efficiency and effectiveness through learning and development and Macquarie-wide risk training.

About the Role

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program. Responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis for delivered training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement risk training programs for Macquarie employees
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group
  • Manage and execute training plans, including online courses and content creation
  • Analyze data and analytics for delivered training modules

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in risk & compliance training design, ideally within the Financial Services sector
  • Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, along with assisting in the development of training materials
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes
