Food Service Expert – Banquet Experience

As a Banquets Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service in our banquets team, ensuring that every event is executed with precision and finesse.
Our F&B Venues include:
- Haven Lounge
- Garum Restaurant
- Executive Lounge
- Mini Bar
- In Room Dining & Events Operations (Banquets)
You will work closely with the events team to provide seamless support for events operations, including banquets and in-room dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent dining experiences and assist with execution of 5* service in F&B venues and events.
- Support events operations (banquets) and in-room dining as part of the events team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
- Barista experience highly regarded
- High tea service experience highly regarded
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Able to work within a team
- Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
