About this Role

We are seeking a server to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a personalized and memorable experience. A banquet server will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests at banquets and events.

  • Respond to and try to fulfill any special event arrangements requested by guests.
  • Set up the banquet area, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture and equipment.
  • Serve food and beverages to the table promptly following established procedures.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements, and special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of the working area.

Requirements

  • Nationally accredited training in the responsible service of alcohol.
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from a recognized provider.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
