Role F&B Service Expert - Event OperationsDepartment: Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests.
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill various roles to assist with the execution of 5 service.Our F&B Venues include:Haven LoungeGarum RestaurantExecutive LoungeMini BarIn Room Dining & Events Operations (Banquets)We are currently recruiting for casual roles in our Banquets team.
Responsibilities Provide excellent dining experiences and assist with execution of 5 service in F&B venues and events.Support events operations (banquets) and in-room dining as part of the events team.
Requirements Previous experience in similar positions advantageousBarista experience highly regardedHigh tea service experience highly regardedAble to work calmly and accurately under pressureEnjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is providedHave a keen eye for detailAble to work within a teamMust have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shiftsHave genuine passion for the hospitality industryBe passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experienceBe hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life Benefits This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in a vibrant and growing company.
