  • Currently Enrolled: In a Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
  • Driver's License: P2 or higher
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work days, nights, and weekend shifts

As a Residential Youth Worker, you’ll be at the heart of positive change. Your role will include:

  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth
  • Assisting with personal care, including meals and hygiene
  • Providing transportation for schooling, appointments, and activities
  • Fostering community skills and positive peer interactions
  • Supporting medication administration and reporting for children on Child Protection orders
  • Offering trauma-informed care to those with complex needs
  • Engaging in Trauma Recovery practices and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training within your first three months
