Executive Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Dean and Faculty Business Director in a highly professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative and operational support to the Executive Dean and Faculty Business Director
  • Managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials
  • Coordinating small-scale events and meetings
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Providing high-level communication and correspondence on behalf of the Executive Dean and Faculty Business Director
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in an executive support role
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience in exercising professional judgment, including the ability to resolve issues with discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in organizing small-scale events
