Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and managing patient appointments across various modalities, including CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine.
- Managing appointment slots to optimise clinic efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with patients and referrers.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or medical administration.
- Demonstrated computer software skills and keyboard proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
