Cinema Worker Junior Job Description

As a Cinema Worker Junior, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by adhering to standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
  • Ensure correct product presentation.
  • Policy and procedures knowledge including all WHS practices.
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation.
  • Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram.
  • Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedure while providing assistance to customers.
  • Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.
  • RSA qualifications as required.
