\Underground Training Role\

We are seeking a skilled Underground Trainer to join our team and contribute to the development of our underground mining operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in underground service crew/paste crew work and a strong understanding of training needs and delivery.

\About the Role:\
  • \
  • The Underground Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs of underground mining operators and developing training plans to address required competencies.\
  • The role involves coordinating training for new employees and ensuring effective delivery, as well as analyzing UG mobile equipment performance data to identify and address variability in operator capability and performance.\
  • The trainer will also facilitate training plans for existing operators to maintain skills and address skills gaps identified through key performance indicators.\
  • Liaising with site leadership and site trainers on training needs and logistics for training attendance and compliance is an essential part of this role.\
  • The successful candidate will have a solid history of reliability and good work ethic, and will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification.\
  • A current and valid Australian driver's license, rights to work in Australia, and relevant experience in a Leading Hand role are highly regarded.\
