Key Responsibilities:- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives in Australia and New Zealand.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their operational and technical challenges.
- Proposal Development and Support: Contribute to compelling proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) that showcase our value proposition.
- Contract Negotiation and Agreement Support: Lead commercial discussions with clients, ensuring contractual terms align with both client needs and internal risk management standards.
- Regional Strategic Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with government agencies, industry leaders, consultants, research institutions, and academic organizations.
- Marketing and Community Presence: Localize and activate global marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
- You meet or exceed regional revenue targets, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and consistently deliver high-quality proposals.
- Clients view you as a trusted business partner who understands their long-term challenges and provides tailored solutions.
- You lead commercial agreements aligned with client expectations and the company's standards, while supporting the development of a winning proposal strategy.
- You are a credible presence at industry events, model the company's Core Values in every client interaction, and serve as a trusted voice within the team.
- You integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into your work, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.
- You adapt to flexible working arrangements across time zones and undertake occasional international travel up to 30%.
