We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on new challenges, develop your skills, and make a real impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-energy team of customer service, bartender, and function host professionals. You will drive up revenue by running amazing shifts, enhancing the guest experience, and going the extra mile to wow our guests. You will also create unforgettable experiences by transforming our venue into the ultimate FUN destination.

This role requires a strong passion for people, a sense of urgency, and a positive can-do attitude. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well-organized, and capable of working under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities.

  • Handle Operations: Take on front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift.
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities.
  • Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
