**About the Role**

This position will be based at Bell Tower Inn Ballarat Victoria, where you will have the opportunity to support and develop teams to manage and influence performance, profitability, and deliver an effortless guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Previous relevant experience as Motel Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to support and develop teams.
  • Hands-on involvement in every aspect of daily operation.
  • Initiative and energetic drive with a growth mindset and commitment to make a difference.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, planning, and proactive organizational skills.
  • Analyzing finance to drive revenue, future profitability, and maximum return on investment.
  • Experience in managing and fostering collaborative working relationships with suppliers and corporate customers.
  • Excellent language skills in both writing and speaking.
