**About the Role**

VillageOSHC is seeking an exceptional Childcare Educator to lead and inspire our team in providing high-quality care and education for children.

As a central member of our team, you will plan, deliver and promote engaging activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating and carry educational value.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and personable educator with excellent communication and leadership skills, strong problem-solving skills and critical reflection experience.

They will have a Certificate III or IV in Children's Services (or studying towards) and a current Employee Working with Children's Check.

Key responsibilities include developing relationships with children, families, school leaders and their communities, providing outstanding customer service and supporting children's individual learning and development through observations, program planning and reflections.
