Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Workplace Concierge to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within the workplace.

  • Client Experience and Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Service: Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services across all business lines (Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, Projects, etc.).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to provide world-class service and support.

About This Role

This position requires a strong customer service background, with experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations, and commercial real estate.

  • You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential.
