Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical individual with strong technical capability and a passion for learning to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end management accounts and consolidated fund reports.

The role will involve reviewing and analysing property accounting prepared by external property managers, providing technical accounting and tax advisory services to the business, and preparing quarterly unit price reporting to investors.

The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification, such as CA or CPA, and at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience. They will also have a high attention to detail, be a team player, and have experience with large accounting systems and MS Excel.

Additionally, the candidate should have prior experience with consolidation, funds management, financial services, or property industry exposure.

  • Deliver accurate and timely month end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting
  • Review and analyse property accounting prepared by external property managers
  • Provide technical accounting and tax advisory services to the business
  • Prepare quarterly unit price reporting to investors
Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional Accounting qualification (CA or CPA)

At least 2+ years of post-qualification experience

High attention to detail

Team player

Experience with large accounting systems and MS Excel

Prior experience with consolidation

Funds management, financial services, or property industry exposure
