As a specialist in product management, your primary responsibilities include: Lead System Administration Services. You will provide advanced system administration services in Microsoft technologies and advice to customers within agreed customer service levels, ensuring business viability and cost competitiveness. Your role involves providing technical lead in responding to tenders and opportunities, architecting and presenting solutions and proposals to potential customers, and leading the architecture, design, and product presentation demonstrations to enhance our cloud and on-premise offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical lead in responding to tenders and opportunities
  • Architect and present solutions and proposals to potential customers
  • Lead the architecture, design, and product presentation demonstrations to enhance our cloud and on-premise offerings
  • Be the lead technician on projects undertaken by the team
  • Develop cost models and product collateral to ensure CITEC's objectives are met

To thrive in this role, you should have: Technical Experience in performing system administration activities in an enterprise environment. An expert level of knowledge and experience is expected to be achieved in the role and keeping it current and relevant. Additionally, you should demonstrate experience in providing effective and quality systems administration, management, and enhancement services to clients with reliability in meeting agreed deadlines and commitments. Building and sustaining positive relationships with team members, other colleagues, and stakeholders and being responsive to customer needs and expectations is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Windows Server Operating Systems (2016-2022)
  • Microsoft Desktop software (Windows 10-11, Office suite of products)
  • Windows Server Software (Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, Certificate Management, MECM, SCOM, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, DFS)
  • Microsoft SQL Server (ability to administer and manage SQL Server Clusters inc. Always On)
  • Microsoft Azure provisioning and management
  • 365 tenancy administration (Azure Active Directory, Defender for Endpoint, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams/Yammer)
  • Citrix XenApp (7.x), Netscaler, FSLogix, PVS
  • PowerShell scripting and other automation techniques
