Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics, on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching and developing their skills, and coordinating their daily schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Mechanical and/or parts experience required, with a passion for customer service and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Possess leadership experience or be ready for that next step, with the ability to work well within teams and possess sound computer skills.
  • Available to work alternating weekends or as agreed with the store manager, with a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
