Trade Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Trade Team Leader to join our team at Repco Ingleburn. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual with solid mechanical and/or parts experience to provide front-line technical support, product advice, and assist customers by making recommendations in relation to technical and sales enquiries.

About the Role:

  • Provide accurate technical parts support to our trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics
  • Support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and developing, and coordinating their daily schedules.
  • A team player, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
  • Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

Requirements:

  • Mechanical and/or parts experience required
  • Passion for customer service, demonstrating helpful and confident interpersonal skills
  • Possess leadership experience or ready for that next step
  • Work well within teams and possess sound computer skills;
  • Available to work alternating weekends or as agreed with the store manager, if required;
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time;
