**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Connected Communications department, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of 1000 targeted campaigns each year.

You will lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the delivery space, leveraging sophisticated techniques and technology. This role requires a strong understanding of customer communications processes and a proven track record of running end-to-end customer communication roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis, as well as excellent commercial and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder management skills are also essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Plan and manage personalized communications campaigns from briefing through to successful deployment* Lead continuous improvements in the campaign delivery process* Champion the adoption and evolution of campaign delivery tools* Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend against allocated resources**Requirements:***
