As the AI Automation and Development Leader, you will develop and implement new AI and Automation technologies and solutions. You will manage and lead a team of developers, supporting a mix of green fields and legacy systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI and chatbot solutions to solve real problems
  • Developing automation and orchestrations using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Developing application roadmaps as they relate to our bespoke applications and integrations
  • Resource management and task assignment of a team of Full Stack and Power Platform Developers
  • Ensuring documentation exists for all Applications, Integrations, and Configuration that is supported and managed by the team

You will deliver business enabling AI and Automation opportunities and provide wider support and maintenance assistance. You will coach, mentor, and develop frameworks and standards for the team. We are looking for a Technical Lead who has expertise in AI and Automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Platform, and has experience in managing and leading a team of developers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as Svelte, React, and Angular
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its services

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience in integrating data from various sources using connectors, gateways, and data integration tools
  • Knowledge of common AI development, automation, and Machine Learning tools
