Your Opportunity

This role will play a key part in bringing next-generation AI to life through prototype and proof of concept development. You will identify potential new business opportunities for the firm and our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Build prototypes & POCs in next-gen AI Assist in driving a plan to explore, identify, and test hypotheses using next gen AI. Contribute to tech stack decisions for development. Develop on a cloud platform like Microsoft Azure or work with tech startups to execute these hypotheses.
  • Develop a roadmap for the application of next-gen AI Familiarize yourself with future tech, new tools, and domain expertise to understand emerging AI capabilities. Assist in identifying where and how future tech can create new opportunities. Experiment with and integrate new tech tools in prototypes and POCs to assess their value and limitations.
  • Work with stakeholders within the firm and clients Keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges. Work with stakeholders to understand the business context and clearly articulate required support. Assist in demo sessions to get stakeholder feedback and validate development direction.
  • Build credibility in Future Tech Engage with tech and research industry to build knowledge, relationships, and establish the firm as a Future Tech leader. Assist engagement with partners and alliances to form relationships that support development and inform new business opportunity ideas.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic critical thinker who loves using technical skills to solve complex problems. You should have a can-do attitude, be passionate about communication, and be able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts. Your qualifications, skills, and experience may include:

  • Prior experience in next-gen AI as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or Software Developer.
  • Experience in designing, creating, and orchestrating end-to-end data pipelines on a cloud platform, including ingestion, feature engineering, machine learning model training, and model deployment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and C++, coupled with the ability to leverage SDKs and APIs.
  • Comfortable working with various development environments, cloud platforms, and third-party services to create end-to-end data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with front-end development frameworks will be looked upon favourably.
  • Ability to develop prototypes, pilots, and proof of concepts.
