Driving business success through innovative digital marketing strategies, we are seeking a skilled Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an early career marketing/communications professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and relevance.
  • Developing and optimizing paid and organic advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Designing and developing effective digital campaign assets, including image creation and editing.

Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and relevant analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or Canva for image resizing and editing.
  • Paid cost-per-click (CPC) experience and paid advertising across multiple channels.
