Senior Valuation Specialist

We are building a highly skilled valuation team in Melbourne and Sydney, seeking seasoned professionals to join our ranks.
The team comprises experienced former Big Four professionals delivering high-quality services to clients across various sectors.
Our focus is on providing valuations for purposes including transactions, tax, financial reporting, insurance, and commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- To deliver complex valuation projects involving businesses, equity, and intangible assets.
- To develop and apply robust valuation approaches for diverse businesses and intangible assets.
- To collaborate with Senior Directors to devise innovative solutions for engagement and transaction risks.
- To mentor and support junior team members in their development.
- To assist Senior Directors in originating client work, preparing proposals, responding to clients, and creating thought leadership materials.
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience, including 3+ years Valuation experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- A CA, CPA or CFA qualification.
- Experience with industry-standard research tools, such as CapitalIQ.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
- Able to travel within the country where feasible.
- Ability and willingness to train and mentor junior members of the team.
