Job Opportunity: Business Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Enterprise Product Management team as a Business Operations Specialist. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager and technical teams to drive business success through strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- About the Role: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with strategic priorities.
- Key Responsibilities: Work with the Product Manager to define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements; contribute to the execution of the National Product Roadmap by analyzing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities; partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions; facilitate alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration to validate priorities and proposed changes.
- Deliverables: Document current and future state processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort, assist with user acceptance testing, coordinate rollout plans, and help prepare the business for successful adoption of new features and changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks.
