Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager to spearhead our property management operations. This is a dynamic role for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including work orders, quotes, and insurance claims.
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections and ensure make-good compliance.
- Effectively communicate with landlords, tenants, trades, and insurers.
- Handle lease renewals, arrears management, and tenant communications.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE POSITIVE OUTCOMES.
- Current Real Estate License (essential).
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
- Experience in commercial or residential property management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 knowledge an advantage.
