Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

A highly skilled property portfolio manager is sought to oversee a diverse range of commercial, retail, and industrial assets.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant and landlord relations, and asset performance.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism and a strong reputation for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mixed-use portfolios (commercial/retail/industrial) to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, and market assessments to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinate maintenance and contractor services to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop and manage budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and landlords through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and compliance checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with accounts and asset management teams to deliver strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as Cirrus 8, is highly regarded.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
