Project Lead Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead a medium-scale project, working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing resources, expenses, and capital costs against forecasts.

You will also oversee resources, monitor performance, and report on trends against plans and schedules. Additionally, you will establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication to promote change adoption and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback, and expectation management.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing medium-scale projects, preferably in healthcare.
  • Ability to develop and manage communication channels and stakeholder groups, facilitate business change decisions, and plan and implement change.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and ability to advise on techniques and tools.
  • Effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills in complex project environments.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring small to medium teams, with a focus on change management.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to foster effective team relationships.
