Culinary Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in positively impacting the lives of Australia's most vulnerable individuals.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and knowledge of food hygiene and workplace health and safety protocols. A Police Check and Working With Vulnerable People card are mandatory requirements for this position.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving meals in line with procedures. This includes maintaining accurate records of food preparation, modifying recipes to meet customers' needs and requests, and experimenting with new ingredients to provide variety and excitement on our menu.
In addition to your culinary skills, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent service to our residents. We offer training and opportunities for internal growth and development.
