Data Centre Programme Manager

This position involves leading cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.
The focus is on developing and managing programs at the pre-construction phase before handing over to the construction team.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including procurement, civil works, main construction, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation during the pre-construction process.
- Optimise construction programs with contractors to enable fast deployment.
- Manage pre-construction stages of data centre project from design, SSD, utilities, procurement through to handover to construction project team.
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, design, construction, procurement, facilities, and operations teams.
- 8+ years experience in program or project management within construction (data centre specific experience ideal).
- Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving construction, power, HVAC, and IT Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of financial management capabilities (CAPEX/OPEX).
Candidates will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build relationships with external partners.
