The Opportunity

This role manages large-scale data centre projects, including core & shell construction, equipment fitout, and expansions. It involves coordinating efforts across engineering, design, construction, procurement, facilities, and operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including LLE procurement, civil works, main construction, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Optimise construction programs with contractors to enable fast deployment.
  • Manage pre-construction stages of data centre projects from design, SSD, utilities, procurement through to handover to the construction team.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in program or project management within construction (data centre specific experience is ideal).
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
  • Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving construction, power, HVAC, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Tertiary education in engineering, construction, IT or related fields will be highly regarded.
