The Role

We are seeking a full-time Developer Programmer to join our fast-paced team. This role is focused on building modern, cloud-native applications and intelligent data solutions that power analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. You'll be instrumental in designing and delivering backend services, APIs, machine-to-machine communications, and data platforms using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs using Azure and .NET technologies


• Build and support data analytics platforms, dashboards, and apps using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric


• Integrate OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services into custom applications for intelligent automation


• Write clean, maintainable code in languages including C#, Python, Java, PHP, and ASP.NET


• Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and enterprise-grade reporting solutions


• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and solution architects to support end-to-end projects


• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues


• Participate in sprint planning, documentation, and code reviews


• Mentor junior team members and assist with technical training where needed


• Contribute to IP and accelerator development across the Microsoft Data & AI stack

What You Bring


• 5+ years in a Developer/Programmer role, preferably in data or cloud environments


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile, client-facing teams

Essential Technical Skills


• Strong hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, etc.)


• Solid background in Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric for data analytics


• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, ASP.NET, and SQL


• Experience with API integrations and cloud-native backend services


• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices


• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and intelligent automation concepts is a strong plus


• Experience with tools like Visual Studio, Git, MS Access, and Crystal Reports

AUD $100,000 – $120,000 + Super (depending on experience and skills)
