Activity Administrator Role

The position of Activity Administrator is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to promoting the rule of law globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement activities, including planning, communication, coordination, administration, travel arrangements, and logistics;
  • Draft and compile briefings, communications, and project materials, as well as contribute to activity and program reporting;
  • Track and manage activity expenditure against approved budgets, including financial administration;
  • Communicate effectively and professionally internally and across cultures;
  • Collaborate with team members, including overseeing volunteers;
  • Perform other tasks required to support International Programs Unit activities and projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience administering complex development assistance activities and programs;
  • Proven experience in managing complex travel and activity logistics, preferably in the Pacific;
  • Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, tracking, management, and acquittals;
  • Effective time management and capacity to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams);
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
