Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of assigned sites.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, including arranging coverage during planned and unplanned absences, managing timesheets and pay queries, and training new and existing employees.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day functions of assigned sites.
  • Arrange coverage for sites during planned and unplanned absences.
  • Manage all timesheet and pay queries, including leave requests.
  • Responsible for the training of all new and existing employees.
  • Be the point of contact and assign tasks as part of the centralised administrative function.
  • General site administration duties including travel and accommodations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 6+ years remote Site Administration experience.
  • A minimum 3+ years working within a Senior Site Administrator role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current C Class drivers' license.
  • The drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration (highly desirable).
