About the Role

This pivotal role supports three senior leaders, providing high-level administrative support and operational coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute taking
  • Book travel arrangements for executives and direct reports
  • Reconcile expenses, process invoices, and manage procurement
  • Coordinate onboarding for new staff members
  • Act as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in an executive or operations role assisting multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Highly developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
