About the Role

This is an exciting new opportunity to specialise in dementia-specific services and collaborate with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams across our aged care facilities.

  • Empower individuals and families with insights into the impact of dementia
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand residents' experiences and needs
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessments and individualised care
  • Deliver recommendations that cater to residents' unique needs
  • Provide strategies and coaching to prevent and manage dementia-related behaviour changes
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions
About You

We seek an experienced Occupational Therapist who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum two years' experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • AHPRA registration
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Valid Victorian Driver's Licence and vehicle
