Digital Workplace Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to join our Digital Workplace team in the role of Audio-Visual Sales Consultant.
In this position, you will drive growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans across new and existing enterprise accounts. You will identify and deliver innovative audio-visual and digital workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth within the enterprise sector.
- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients, while expanding opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent opportunity generation, ensuring at least 50% of new business is proactively sourced.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customised solutions that meet customer needs.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by consistently closing new business opportunities.
Proven experience in enterprise sales is essential for success in this role. A strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and digital workplace solutions is also required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary for establishing trust with customers and colleagues alike.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial for delivering results.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
