Digital Solutions Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Radiographer to leverage their ICT solution expertise and contribute to the growth and customer success of our healthcare IT solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical marketing and sales support for our digital product offerings, identifying competitive advantages, educating colleagues and customers on these benefits, and maintaining contact with customers to improve communication and stimulate market need for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic marketing and sales support for digital products
- Analyze and identify competitive advantages, educating stakeholders on these benefits
- Maintain relationships with customers to enhance communication and stimulate demand for our solutions
- Develop responses to tenders, customer presentations, and demonstrations as required
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and clients to design, quote, and deploy tailored healthcare IT solutions
Required Expertise:
- Strong understanding of digital impact on medical imaging markets, including public hospitals and private practices
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant clinical areas (CT, MR, MI, Cardiac) and industry experience
- High-level presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand
