Key Responsibilities
  • Support Individuals with Disabilities: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and socialization, to enable individuals to live independently.
  • Develop Daily Skills: Help individuals achieve their NDIS goals by developing essential daily skills, including housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting.
  • Facilitate Community Connection: Support individuals in connecting with their community, including socializing and participating in activities, to promote a sense of belonging.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to individuals, including helping with daily activities, providing emotional support, and advocating on their behalf.
Requirements
