Residential Care Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to residents in a medium-sized aged care home located in Bendigo.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • AHPRA Registration is essential for this position.
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a leadership position in Aged Care.
  • Experience with change management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
