Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team and support our mission to drive sustainable growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business areas on payroll-related matters, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in industrial awards and agreements, ensuring our payroll processes are compliant and efficient.
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar, with a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and external communications.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desirable.
