Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Preparation Chef to join our kitchen team. This key role involves ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly by preparing high-quality ingredients. You will be responsible for prepping and organizing all menu items, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.

As a Prep Chef, you will work closely with the kitchen team, supporting chefs in their roles, maintaining an efficient prep station, and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.

This position requires a passion for fresh, high-quality food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain company standards of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness during food prep and ingredient storage.
  • Ensure ingredients are prepped in advance and stored correctly, meeting the service requirements.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team, providing support and assistance when required.
  • Follow food safety guidelines, ensuring food is stored, handled, and prepared according to high standards.
  • Ensure all prep is done according to recipes and specifications to maintain consistency across all dishes.
  • Assist with stock rotation and monitor ingredient levels to ensure smooth operation throughout service.
