**Parking Structure Expert Needed**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Parking Structure Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, with expertise in structural repair and restoration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough surveys and evaluations of existing parking structures to identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Prepare and issue detailed inspection reports for clients and management teams.
- Communicate assessment findings and proposed solutions to colleagues and clients.
- Design and engineer all structural repairs within assigned territories.
- Review calculations, drawings, and construction documents as required.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in concrete construction, concrete repair, concrete restoration, and forensic investigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing forensic and restoration engineering duties on existing parking structures of various construction types.
