
Therapeutic Intervention Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to play a vital role in providing life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, no two days will be the same.
We work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. Your expertise will help participants achieve their goals and maximize NDIS funding by utilizing assessment and intervention skills. Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework
• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams are key aspects of this role
Requirements:- Relevant tertiary qualification- Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker or Mental Health Nurse- Minimum 12 months experience- Strong communication skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth
