As a coordinator, you play a vital role in bringing sales and marketing strategies to life in the field.

This dynamic position requires someone who is proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and time zones.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing critical day-to-day support to the Director of Field Development and ANZ Sales team to enable excellence in execution
  • Managing logistics for national and regional sales calls, training sessions, and online touchpoints
  • Preparing and polishing impactful presentation materials, sales decks, and internal communications
  • Leveraging project management tools to align global deliverables with local timelines and market expectations

Campaigns & Promotions: You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of sales promotions and field campaigns. This includes collaborating with Marketing to coordinate toolkits, key messaging, timelines, and post-campaign reviews.

Brand Partner Engagement & Recognition: As part of this role, you will own the tracking of key milestones such as new ranks, achievements, incentives, and leadership development. You will also develop compelling recognition touchpoints – from celebration posts and digital assets to reward logistics and gifting.

Performance & Reporting Support: In this capacity, you will assist in compiling performance dashboards, sales reports, and campaign metrics that drive strategic insight. You will maintain leaderboards and growth trackers to foster healthy field momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, event management or commercial administration (MLM/Direct Selling industry experience highly valued)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Asana and Canva
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and driven by quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Creative and confident communicator with polished written skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and time zones
  • A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic, high-touch environments
  • Growth-oriented with aspirations to expand into account management, sales operations, or field development
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
