Program Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Coordinator to support the development and implementation of our postgraduate psychology programs.

The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing student access and success, particularly for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and rural/remote learners.

  • Supporting the mapping and implementation of new professional competencies to meet accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinating alternative entry pathways, admissions, and student success initiatives to improve access and progression.
  • Assisting with project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across academic and industry teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Experience in program coordination, reporting, and administrative support in a clinical, health, or higher education environment.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver results-driven solutions.
