  • This exciting opportunity is for a Junior Project Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in supporting senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables.
  • Working closely with experienced consultants and senior leaders, you will be empowered to make meaningful contributions while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
  • You will have the opportunity to support the implementation of project plans and contribute to project delivery under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for researching, reviewing, and analyzing data from project records to support the development of client reports and deliverables.
  • Preparing high-quality documentation, including reports, schedules, and presentations for client submissions is also a key part of this role.
  • Apply your analytical skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to help identify challenges and support the development of innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Help drive internal process improvements and support general business administration as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and software desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
