We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to drive business requirements analysis, functional requirements gathering, and oversee the delivery of Dynamics CE (CRM) solutions for enterprise and government clients.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements.
  • Create detailed solution designs to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough Fit/Gap analysis to identify and address gaps in business requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, process flows/maps, and system design presentations.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with specific business requirements.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
  • Review functional test cases against acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases.
  • Effectively manage project risks and issues, ensuring on-time delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education or relevant industry qualifications.
  • Proven experience working as a senior or lead Functional Consultant / Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configurations.
  • Understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
