Job Title: Operational Management Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Operational Management Specialist is to oversee the operational aspects of the organization, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver events to a professional standard, including games, presentations, and other activities.\
  • Manage event staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.\
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics and operations.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Provide executive assistance to senior management, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.\
  • Assist in policy and procedure development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.\
